Inter-Parliamentary Visit

Politics Plus host an Inter-Parliamentary Visit with our counterparts

On 7th and 8th January 2016, Politics Plus hosted an Inter-Parliamentary Visit with our counterparts from the Scottish Parliament, National Assembly for Wales, and Westminster.

The visit provided an opportunity to share best practice amongst the parliaments.

The roundtable discussions exchanged experience, knowledge and shared ideas on how best to support members of the respective legislative assemblies, to ensure the effective and efficient running of parliaments.

The success of various programmes and workshops was debated, in order to ensure a process of continuous improvement and innovation in programme delivery.

The Inter-Parliamentary Group offers an insightful forum, through which to improve our services, contribute to learning and best practice and provide exceptional capacity development programmes to support members of the legislative assembly.
